Our bulk tank handling and weight monitoring solutions come with a wide choice of sensors and controllers to accurately control and monitor the movement of bulk material from any number and types of tank and hopper.

Weight measurement can be derived using simple hydraulic load cells or highly accurate electronic load cells, guided wave radar sensors are more commonly used now sensing the bulk level in order to determine volume.

A clear graphical representation of each monitored tank and valve is displayed on a colour touch screen which provides an intuitive control interface for the user. Simple user functions allow total control and monitoring of any number of process requirements. Built in automated safety features can prevent both overfilling and excessive pressurisation of the tanks helping avoid serious incident and damage.
