Zone Management

Zone management systems (ZMS) are designed to maintain a higher degree of safety on the drill floor over standard anti-collision systems.

Zone management systems are designed to integrate and control any number of systems and sub systems using hardware with a higher safety integrity level ensuring that equipment operation and reliability is high. RCP zone management systems are typically designed around the travelling block assembly and other pipe handling equipment such as the racking arms where they safeguard machinery and guarantee that they cannot occupy the same space at the same time avoiding collisions.
